“Classical guitar god” (The Times) Miloš Karadaglić—who goes by just his first name—has a brand-new album featuring two outstanding original concertos specially commissioned for the star musician. The Moon and the Forest, released April 30, 2021, features works for guitar and orchestra by award-winning composers Howard Shore (The Lord of the Rings, The Departed) and Joby Talbot (The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, The Winter’s Tale). Inspired by the guitarist’s impeccable artistry and unique heritage, Shore and Talbot worked closely with MILOŠ to create two distinctive, groundbreaking pieces. The album is a testament to his outstanding musicianship and pioneering spirit, and it cements his reputation as an innovator in the world of contemporary classical guitar.
