MIM team members perform a variety of interesting and unique jobs that support every department across the museum and the MIM Music Theater while collaborating in a creative, inclusive, and high-energy work environment. MIM also offers internship opportunities to introduce current college students to museum careers and the various departments, programs, and operations of a nonprofit organization.

The Musical Instrument Museum enriches our world by collecting, preserving, and making accessible an astonishing variety of musical instruments and performance videos from every country in the world. MIM offers guests a welcoming and fun experience, incomparable interactive technology, dynamic programming, and exceptional musical performances.
