Holiday Craft: Handbell 9:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. South El Río Make your own handbell craft to play along with performances throughout the day!

Kwanzaa Storytelling 10:45 a.m. Founder’s Room Join storyteller and musician Súle Greg Wilson and ASU associate professor of Africana language, literature, and culture, Akua Duku Anokye, PhD, in this participatory exploration of Kwanzaa traditions.
Holiday-Themed Mini-Tours 11:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 1:30 p.m., and 2:30 p.m. Upper El Río Join Junior Museum Guides (6th–12th graders) on a short, informative tour of MIM’s galleries with a special focus on holiday celebrations around the world.
Music-Making Workshop 11:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 1:30 p.m., and 2:30 p.m. Event Room 1 Junior Museum Guides will lead this fun, family-friendly musical activity. Learn festive songs on a mini Loog, a three-stringed guitar.
Harp Holiday Music 11:45 a.m. and 2:15 p.m. El Río Enjoy a 15-minute set of traditional holiday songs played by Jocelyn Obermeyer on harp.
Holiday Jazz Performance with Marty Ashby (Saturday Only) 12:30 p.m. Main Courtyard Don’t miss jazz guitarist Marty Ashby and a local ensemble in a lively performance of holiday jazz.
Klezmer Music Performance (Sunday Only) 12:45 p.m. Main Courtyard Join Rural Street Klezmer Band as they celebrate the music and history of this treasured musical tradition.
Venezuelan Maraca Performance 3:15 p.m. Main Courtyard Venezuelan maraquero (maraca player) Manuel Alejandro Rangel showcases music and holiday traditions of his country in a unique and exciting performance.
