Since gaining prominence in the early 2000s, Jake Shimabukuro has mesmerized audiences with his innovative and dynamic style. Early in his solo career he became a YouTube sensation with his cover of George Harrison’s “While My Guitar Gently Weeps.” Since then, Shimabukuro has gone on to play the world’s most venerable venues.
Jackson Waldhoff grew up in Kyoto, Japan, then moved to Hawaii as a young teenager. Waldhoff began working closely with Jake Shimabukuro after graduating from the University of Hawaii. Since then, Jackson has assisted in projects with Alan Parsons, Jack Johnson, Billy Strings, Vince Gill, Jesse Colin Young, Ron Artis, and Moon Taxi.
Justin Kawika Young first found success in his island home. He accumulated eleven number one hits on Hawaii radio before relocating to Los Angeles. He quickly established a following in the local music scene there and connected with other singer-songwriters including Colbie Caillat, eventually joining her band.
