Celebrate the season with a festive gingerbread-decorating event at MIM! Enjoy hands-on gingerbread house decorating, rich hot chocolate, and sweet treats inspired by cookie traditions from around the world. Gather with loved ones in the Founders Room, where creativity, international flavors, and holiday cheer come together for a joyful afternoon the whole family will love. Decorating typically takes about an hour, and we’ll be happy to store your masterpiece so you can continue exploring the day’s ’Tis the Season festivities throughout the museum (MIM’s Saturday, December 6, 2025 ’Tis the Season: Holidays at MIM Signature Event weekend programming is included with separate purchase of general admission to the museum and free to members).
