Begin your evening with a three-course culinary journey inspired by rich Mediterranean flavors. Each course will be paired with exceptional wines, thoughtfully crafted by MIM executive chef Paul Steele and pastry chef Vanessa Bejar. Guests will gather at community tables in MIM’s Main Courtyard (weather permitting), where the glow of candlelight sets the tone for an evening of fine dining, conversation, and connection. This special dinner experience is the perfect prelude to the Benise and Pavlo: Guitar by Candlelight concert in the MIM Music Theater.
