MIM Music Theater artistic director Andrew Walesch is proud to present his newest show: Vegas 1960, a celebration of the golden age of the Las Vegas showroom featuring all-new, custom-commissioned arrangements for Walesch’s 10-piece orchestra by acclaimed arranger Mike Crotty.

Including timeless standards and soulful classics, Vegas 1960 captures an era when style, swagger, and world-class musicianship defined the stage—when the orchestra was swinging, the lights were low, and every night felt like an event. The program brings the iconic songs of legends such as Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr., Bobby Darin, and Ray Charles to life through fresh, sophisticated arrangements.

A celebrated vocalist and pianist, Walesch has earned recognition for his expressive interpretations, engaging stage presence, and deep connection to the Great American Songbook. His performances have been featured on NPR’s nationally syndicated Mountain Stage, and he was invited to appear at the 33^rd Annual New York Cabaret Convention at Jazz at Lincoln Center’s Rose Theater.
