For more than five decades, the Wooten Brothers have been individually recognized as some of the most innovative musicians in existence and collectively regarded as one of the most talented and dynamic bands of brothers the world has ever known. 

Individually, their résumés are staggering. Bassist Victor Wooten is a five-time Grammy winner widely regarded as one of the greatest to ever play the instrument. Roy “Future Man” Wooten, another five-time Grammy winner, is best known for his masterful drumming and percussion skills. Guitarist Regi Wooten’s signature guitar style of chording, slapping, tapping, and frenzied strumming has earned him worldwide notoriety. And Joseph Wooten is a Grammy nominee who has long anchored the keyboard chair for the Steve Miller Band.  

Together, the Wooten Brothers are more than the sum of their considerable parts. On stage, they move fluidly through funk, jazz, R&B, gospel, and soul—trading solos, stacking grooves, and pushing each other with the kind of trust that only comes from a lifetime of playing side by side. Their music is technically dazzling without ever losing its warmth—because underneath the fireworks is a family simply having the time of its life, sharing a musical conversation decades in the making.
