PJ Morton is a soul singer, songwriter, performer, and producer based in New Orleans. He is a six-time Grammy winner (and 22-time nominee) who has also earned recognition from the BET Awards, the Soul Train Awards, and the NAACP Image Awards. He has sold out shows at historic venues around the world, including the Apollo Theater and the Kennedy Center. On top of running his own record label and serving as Maroon 5’s full-time keyboardist for more than 15 years, he has collaborated with Stevie Wonder, Erykah Badu, Jon Batiste, Nas, Jill Scott, and many others.

Morton’s album Saturday Night, Sunday Morning reflects on his path, straddling music and faith, race and culture, expression and identity. A double album, its “Saturday Night” side is dedicated to R&B and soul, and its “Sunday Morning” side is a gospel love letter to growing up as a pastor’s kid.
