Journey through the flavors of ancient China with a five-course dinner inspired by MIM’s newest special exhibition, Unearthed Musical Masterpieces from the Southern Kingdoms of Ancient China. Featuring a menu curated by executive chef Paul Steele and pastry chef Vanessa Bejar, this special evening celebrates the rich culinary traditions of the region with thoughtfully crafted dishes and authentic flavors. Special access to the Target Gallery will be available throughout the event, creating an immersive experience where ancient music, culture, and cuisine come together.
