In 1970, four young musicians came together to create a new, invigorating style of music, fusing symphonic art rock with slickly produced pop. Exploring the possibilities of progressive, classical, and world influences, yet rooted with the soul of the blues and R&B, Joseph Puerta, David Pack, Christopher North, and Burleigh Drummond put together a new sound that was defined and recognized as “Ambrosia.” The band spawned the chart singles “Holdin’ on to Yesterday” and “Nice, Nice, Very Nice.”

In its brief recording history, Ambrosia garnered five Grammy nominations, five hit singles, heavy airplay, and the admiration and respect of the music community. With three original members still in the band, Ambrosia delivers a delicious blend of prog, art, and yacht rock with a passion that speaks to the hearts of their fans today.
