Event Details

Celebrate the flavors of the world at Holidays Around the World in MIM’s Main Courtyard (weather permitting)! Enjoy a menu curated by executive chef Paul Steele and pastry chef Vanessa Bejar, with each course paired with exceptional wines from Action Wine, representing vineyards from around the world. Each course highlights seasonal holiday flavors and festive bites inspired by culinary traditions from around the world, from savory small plates to sweet desserts. Gather with friends and family under the stars and toast the season in style with vibrant cuisine, thoughtfully paired international wines, and the warmth of the holiday season.

 

Appetizer

Lamb crépinette (GF)
Local microgreens, mint, olive jus

 

First Course

Pan-roasted scallops
Lemon fregula, pea tendrils, shaved radishes, Provençal sauce, balsamic agrodolce

 

Second Course

Green chile chicken tamales
Tomatillo sauce, shredded lettuce, shaved radishes, micro cilantro

Dulce de leche panna cotta

Cinnamon shortbread cookie
