About the Artists

The Central Arizona Flute Ensemble (CAFE) is a seven-member traveling flute choir that enriches, enlightens, and inspires central Arizona residents by presenting interactive concerts and educational programs that showcase the diversity of the flute family’s instruments, including the 10-foot contrabass flute. Since 2014, it has performed more than 250 concerts at various venues, including the Desert Botanical Garden, Mesa Arts Center, Tempe History Museum, Arizona Broadway Theatre, and the Peoria Center for Performing Arts.

CAFE musicians are top professional and semiprofessional flutists who have played in major orchestras and bands throughout the Valley of the Sun.
