Concert Details

Bill Dutcher is a Phoenix-based guitarist who specializes in solo acoustic guitar performance on the six-string guitar, 12-string guitar, harp guitar, and Weissenborn slide guitar. Dutcher has called Arizona home for the past 20 years. In that time, he has established himself as a solo acoustic performer. He has released albums of original instrumental fingerstyle music and has been featured on various harp guitar compilations. He is also an in-demand studio musician.

Guitarist and ukulele virtuoso Patrick Ki’s passion for instrumental music draws from his roots growing up on O‘ahu. Although formally trained (with degrees in jazz and classical music), his melodic style has always been influenced by the sounds of the Hawaiian slack key guitar. In addition to performing extensively in concert and at music festivals, Ki has released nine instrumental guitar and ukulele albums, including his latest album, Kailua Days. Ki’s memorable performances combine musicality with warm delivery.

Originally from Queens, New York, Drew Hall has been entertaining audiences for close to 30 years. He is a founding member of the 2007 Arizona Blues Showdown–winning band Big Daddy D and the Dynamites. The band has shared the stage with Coco Montoya, Marcia Ball, and Joe Houston. Since 2004, Hall has performed with Anton Teschner, guitarist Slim Gambill of the band Lady A, Arizona Music and Entertainment Hall of Fame inductee Walt Richardson, and the up-and-coming award-winning singer-songwriter Natalie Price.

Bill Dutcher:
“Bill Dutcher is without a doubt one of the finest solo acoustic guitarists I’ve ever had the pleasure of listening to. Energetic, innovative, excellent compositions, great tone, great player!”
