Donna Meuse joined MIM in 2025 as director of human resources. Before joining MIM, she worked for the city of Surprise for 13 years, starting as a human resources analyst and growing her career to become the city’s human resources director in 2021. She also oversaw the city’s payroll and risk management teams.
Meuse is a people-first human resources leader with experience in all functional areas of human resources, including recruitment, benefits and wellness program administration, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and training and organizational development. Her early human resources experience includes time working as the benefits and human resources information system manager at the nonprofit Perkins School for the Blind in Watertown, Massachusetts, and as a contract recruiter in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries in Boston. She is passionate about human resources serving a strategic role in an organization and working to create programs and policies that manage risk and liability while caring and advocating for the best interests of team members.
Meuse graduated cum laude from Boston University with a bachelor’s degree in communications and earned her master’s in leadership from Grand Canyon University. She also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources designation from the HR Certification Institute.
In her spare time, Meuse is an active community member, volunteering at her children’s school and coaching youth basketball.
