Event Details

Enjoy a delightful Mother’s Day Brunch at MIM, featuring a chef-curated buffet by executive chef Paul Steele and pastry chef Vanessa Bejar. The menu highlights fresh seasonal flavors and sweet springtime desserts, crafted to make the day extra special. Set in the Founders Room, this festive celebration also includes a DIY card station for families to create heartfelt keepsakes. Blending delicious cuisine, warm conversation, and thoughtful touches, it’s the perfect way to honor Mom.

 

Buffet Brunch

Selection of baked breads
Croissants, muffins, Barrio bagels, whipped butter, cream cheese, assorted jams (VEG)

Assorted Fresh Fruits

Soup
Brown butter butternut squash bisque (GF/VEG)

Blueberry salad
Spring mix, pistachio, local Crow’s dairy feta, pickled sweet red onion, cucumber, sliced radish, pomegranate seeds,
shaved fennel, dried apricot, lemon dressing (GF/VEG)

Apple salad
Baby spinach, arugula, toasted walnuts, carrot ribbons, mozzarella, dried apples, chia seeds, apple cider vinaigrette (GF/VEG)

Linguini
Shrimp scampi linguini with basil, cherry tomatoes, roasted garlic and white wine sauce

Omelet station
Ham, spinach, onion, mushroom, cheddar cheese, peppers, bacon (GF)
