Pick up your MIMkids Passport and embark on a musical journey with MIMkids Musical Adventures, an educational program designed for kids aged 6–10. Participants will discover new cultures by actively participating in music making, creating musical instruments, and exploring MIM’s exhibits—with a designated tour guide, of course! Each class focuses on a different continent, giving participants a well-rounded overview of music from around the world and an opportunity to collect MIMkids passport stamps.

Join our Junior Museum Guide Program! Students will learn about cultures from around the world, participate in music making, and discover the wide world of music. Junior Guides will train to lead tours while exploring MIM’s unique galleries and exhibits. Junior Museum Guides will lead group tours on Saturday and Sunday, September 13 and 14, during Celebrate Guitars at MIM. Through the generosity of donors, MIM may be able to provide funding for MIMkids Junior Museum Guide tickets. To apply, fill out this application for funded tickets.
