Enjoy a festive evening at MIM with a taste of Ireland—the perfect kickoff to the Experience Ireland Signature Event weekend on March 13, 14, and 15. This special menu features a thoughtfully crafted four-course meal by executive chef Paul Steele and pastry chef Vanessa Bejar, with each course celebrating the rich, comforting flavors of Irish cuisine and paired with complementary beverages. Set in MIM’s Main Courtyard (weather permitting), the evening offers hearty dishes, warm conversation, and a lively, elegant atmosphere, an inviting start to a weekend of Irish culture, music, and celebration. Guests will also enjoy live music by violinist Allen Ames, creating an inviting soundtrack to begin a weekend of Irish culture, music, and celebration.
