Lady in Satin is the fifth album by Kandace Springs, an esteemed jazz vocalist from Nashville, Tennessee. A luminous tribute to Billie Holiday, the 12-song collection is a reverent, luxurious, and tasteful reimagining of Lady Day’s classic 1958 album of the same name.

Springs honors Holiday’s legacy while inviting listeners on a journey through some of the finest ballads in the Great American Songbook. Her smoky vocals are enveloped by sweeping strings, trilling flutes, tinkling glockenspiel, and harp on timeless classics such as “I’m a Fool to Want You,” “But Beautiful,” and “I Get Along Without You Very Well.”
