Todd Blackwell

Todd Blackwell is senior vice president, head of stores, of T.J. Maxx in the United States (including Hawaii and Puerto Rico). He also leads the store operations home office team for T.J. Maxx and Marshalls. During more than three decades in the retail industry, Blackwell has held leadership roles in human resources, store operations, loss prevention, and sourcing with some of the nation’s leading retailers.

In his free time, Blackwell enjoys riding his motorcycle and spending time with his family and their standard poodle, Prince.

Blackwell currently serves on the board of directors for the Partnership, Inc., in Boston and is passionately involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
