SUMMARY:John McEuen and the Circle Band
DESCRIPTION:Singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist John McEuen—often called “the String Wizard”—has been performing worldwide with his banjo\, fiddle\, guitar\, and mandolin for more than 50 years. He weaves stories of his travels and family life into his performances\, taking listeners through where his musical path has taken him. \nA founding member of the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band\, McEuen initiated the band’s classic 1972 album Will the Circle Be Unbroken\, which brought together icons from bluegrass\, country\, and West Coast country-rock and holds a place in the Library of Congress as one of America’s most culturally\, historically\, and aesthetically significant recordings. McEuen’s show takes the audience behind the curtain of the music world that so many know only as listeners and shows how we have all been a part of it—more than we may know. \nFeaturing music from the 1800s to now\, original songs and known hits\, and a special tribute to the album and its stories\, McEuen’s tribute to Will the Circle Be Unbroken comes to life in an evening of acoustic music in overdrive.

SUMMARY:Collin Raye
DESCRIPTION:Collin Raye does not just perform—he connects. The contemporary country singer burned up the charts with a string of hit singles in the 1990s—including 1992’s “Love\, Me” and 1995’s “My Kind of Girl”—and landed 10 Male Vocalist of the Year nominations from the Academy of Country Music and Country Music Association. With his signature soulful delivery and electrifying stage presence\, Raye transforms every show into an emotional journey that resonates long after the final note. This is country music at its most authentic: tender ballads that have soundtracked life’s most precious moments and high-energy rockers that ignite the crowd. \nFeaturing chart-topping hits that dominated the ’90s airwaves and new songs\, this will be an evening of masterful musicianship and timeless songs that will remind you why real country music—honest\, powerful\, and straight from the heart—never goes out of style.

SUMMARY:Riders in the Sky
DESCRIPTION:For nearly 50 years\, Grammy winners Riders in the Sky have been keepers of the traditional country and cowboy music flame passed on by Gene Autry and Roy Rogers. They have become modern-day icons by reviving and revitalizing Western music\, branding it with their own legendary wacky humor and way-out wit while remaining true to the integrity of the genre. \nWhat began as a celebration of classic Western music and an evening of hilarity has become a career that\, nearly five decades on\, shows no signs of stopping or even slowing down.

SUMMARY:Classic Albums Live
DESCRIPTION:Classic Albums Live recreates the greatest albums onstage in their entirety—note for note\, cut for cut—using the best musicians. Forgoing costumes and impersonations\, the series succeeds by concentrating solely on the music. \nRecreating the critically acclaimed album Rumours\, Classic Albums Live pays homage to the continuing legacy of Fleetwood Mac. Originally released in 1977\, Rumours contains some of the band’s greatest hits\, including “Don’t Stop\,” “Go Your Own Way\,” “The Chain\,” and “Dreams.”

SUMMARY:Rachael and Vilray
DESCRIPTION:Since their formation in 2015\, Brooklyn duo Rachael and Vilray have achieved a certain timeless quality with their singular take on traditional pop. Though rooted in the language of an earlier age\, their songs transcend nostalgia with wit and a flair for the theatrical. \nVocalist Rachael Price (also of Lake Street Dive) and guitarist\, singer\, and songwriter Vilray met at the New England Conservatory of Music in 2003. Their friendship and musical partnership grew from a shared reverence for the pop music of the 1930s and 40s and its wide range of emotions. Over the years\, their configuration has grown from an intimate duo to the octet heard on their newest album\, West of Broadway. No matter the stage setup\, Rachael and Vilray sing right to each other\, tell stories about how the songs came to be\, and relate them to the many show tunes and jazz standards they love.
