See and feel the vibes of instruments played by music icons such as John Lennon, Elvis Presley®, the Black Eyed Peas, Eric Clapton, Carlos Santana, Toby Keith, and many other popular musicians from around the world in the Artist Gallery. These treasures document some of the most prominent artists of our time, along with signature instruments they have played. The sights and sounds of these legends live on in the Artist Gallery as they continue to inspire future generations.
On October 20, MIM unveiled the newest addition to its Artist Gallery—an exhibit honoring international multiplatinum superstar Taylor Swift.
Swift’s objects are on display along with iconic instruments from artists worldwide, such as the piano used by John Lennon when he composed “Imagine.”
Taylor Swift is one of the most successful musical artists in the world, and is also a multi-instrumentalist and an extraordinarily talented songwriter. MIM is honored to showcase some of the important artifacts from Swift’s career, and hopes this exhibit inspires guests of all ages to play an instrument and make their own music.
