Lisa L. Daniels has been the managing partner of the Arizona offices of the audit, tax, and advisory firm KPMG LLP since August 2011. She is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the Arizona operations. She joined KPMG in 1993 and was made a partner in 2001. She has worked in the KPMG offices in Los Angeles and Orange County, California, and in Chicago, Illinois. She has assisted global companies with identifying and measuring business and technology risks, as well as with performing financial and systems audits.>
Prior to working for KPMG, she was a commercial real estate broker for Hubbard Real Estate from 1988 to 1993. Daniels graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Pepperdine University in California and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Arizona, California, and Illinois. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association), and the Institute of Internal Auditors.
Aside from serving on the advisory board of the Musical Instrument Museum in Phoenix, Daniels is also a member of the boards of directors of Greater Phoenix Leadership, the Young Presidents’ Organization, and the IT Theft Advisory Board. Additionally, she serves on the Read On Arizona Literacy Leadership Council and the Valley of the Sun United Way Campaign Cabinet.
